FosRich says it will deepen its push into the real estate market with the launch of The Hamptons Trelawny, its first fully-solarised housing development set for later this year.
The development will be a gated community with 600 housing units and 300,000 square foot of commercial shopping space, which will include restaurants, retail businesses, medical services and a music village.
It will be developed in conjunction with BC Dundee Enterprise.
